Who are we?
OÜ Rada Koduõendus is a healthcare institution providing home nursing services, operating since 2010. Our team consists of nurses with higher education and long-term experience who provide professional care and medical supervision to patients in their homes.
We have a contract with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund (contract no. 61787), which is valid for the period 01.10.2021 – 30.09.2025. Thanks to this, patients with Health Insurance Fund insurance can use our services free of charge

If you are dissatisfied with the healthcare services of OÜ RADA Koduõendus, you have the right to submit a written complaint to us, which you can send to the e-mail address info@radakodu.ee or in writing by regular mail to OÜ RADA Koduõendus, Linnamäe tee 3, 13912 Tallinn
Complaints received will be reviewed and after the complaint has been processed, a written response will be sent to the address you have indicated in your contact details within 14 days of submitting the complaint.
